Sunday Linky Party #10 + Goodies

Hi everyone! Hope you're all having a great weekend! I've been having a good one, not to mention that it's crawfish season, so my belly is happy :) There were a bunch of great posts from last week (as usual). I've noticed that some of the posted crafts can be combined to make one really awesome project! I'll try to categorize them in some way this time by putting the ones that would compliment each other together.

Romantic balls of love made by the talented Crafty Cpa! (Notice that she's a regular now? :) These clay balls are not too hard to make and would make a lovely Easter decoration, especially combined with:

This repainted crown bowl that Fine and Handy found (in a different condition) while "junk" shopping. Follow her tutorial to create your own treasure! Wouldn't these three crafts look amazing if combined? Well, I think they'd be perfect together ;)

 

Check out these flowery Spring wreaths! Learn how to make an embroidery yarn wreath from The Silly Pearl (left) and a a beautiful flower wreath for your ceiling light from I Can't Stop Crafting (right).

Now for some great fabric crafts. Check out this no-sew felt owl picture frame! So cute and easy to make. The beauty of felt is that the ends don't run so there's no need to sew it! Find the tutorial at To Sew With Love.

 

Check out how to make this fleece Star Wars pillow, by Come Together Kids! (top) I especially like the section of the tutorial about how to apply words on the pillow. While you're at it, you can make this fleece no-sew Pluto pillow, by Small Fine Print (bottom left). Isn't it cute? Lastly, make this vintage-inspired dolly table runner, by Madison Avenue! (bottom right) It's so simple and I love how it looks!

This is no ordinary S'more. In fact, it's a Smeep, which is a squished Easter peep marshmallow between graham crackers and chocolate. What's the big deal, you say? Well, the simple act of switching out a regular marshmallow for a peep makes it 100 times more fun. Check it out at Running with Glitter, and also check out her sugar meringue candy dots recipe!

I love recipes so here are a few. This one is a traditional griddle cake. It looks so yummy, I must try it for breakfast! Get it at Moss and Clover.

 

Learn how to make brownie bites with candy carrot tops at The Seven Year Cottage (left). Although these adorably-shaped hard-boiled eggs aren't really a recipe, I'm so thrilled that Life in the Thrifty Lane brought these egg molds to light! (right)

Here's a recipe for Easter dove bread, by Rook No. 17. This would be a great addition to bring to any Sunday brunch!
