Get ready to fall into fall! Haha, yep :) So hope you all had a good Halloween last week. Now we're getting close to Thanksgiving and that warm fuzzy feeling is starting to creep up, if it hasn't already crept up on you. I don't have much going on this weekend-- I guess you can say it's a lull between holidays. Hope you're all having a nice season despite the cold!

It's autumn, so time to get festive and make pumpkin everything! Unless you dislike pumpkin, which is okay, because you can always substitute in some other type of vegetable you like. Check out how fluffy, golden, and delicious these pumpkin pancakes from Mom on Timeout are. I wish I could wake up to these in the morning, but I'm not a morning person and no one will make it for me during that time :( Oh well, maybe for dinner. Also try her roasted bell pepper dip!
