Sunday Linky Party #47 + Goodies

Happy Sunday everyone! There were a lot of amazing recipes from the last linky so many of them are featured here today. Going on a diet was not one of my resolutions this year so I don't feel too bad drooling over the pictures, but my apologies if they're distracting for any of you :( Everything is good in moderation, right? Hope you're all having another great weekend, oh, and happy Lunar New Year for those who are celebrating!

Head over to Alderberry Hill for a very useful list of ideas to make your life easier, including the one in the picture of hulling strawberries with a straw. Why didn't I think of that? Learn how to disguise scratches in furniture, clean off crayon marks on computer/tv screens, and much more!

Sometimes we need laminated bags because we carry things that can get messy or we're in places that have the potential to get really dirty. So Sew Can Do has a great thorough step-by-step tutorial for how to make one!

Make your own whimsical artwork using felt and applique techniques for your kitchen or bedroom. This picture is so cute! I love the choice of image and the amazing color combination. See how Scout's Stitches did it.

Here's a great tutorial for a fabric bucket, should you need one (I can think of a lot of uses for this :) The best part is how clear the instructions are to follow! This quality bucket tutorial can be found at Inspired By Family Magazine.

Sometimes there are already great dress patterns in fabric stores, but you can always get creative and make them better, like in the picture above from Cation Designs. Check out the original dress pattern and the simple additions there.

These maple bacon cupcakes are sooo cute, and they have bacon on top! These would satisfy my sweet and savory cravings in one snack instead of two :) I'm so excited! Thanks Pressed Down, Shaken Together.

How awesome are these orange sweet roll mini waffles with orange syrup? Although the recipe is semi-homemade (making it easy), the idea is so smart! I got a waffle machine this Christmas and haven't used it yet, but now I have the perfect excuse to take it out of the box :) Try it at Lady Behind the Curtain, and try her cinnamon roll waffles with cream cheese syrup too.

If you're a big jam fan and you'd like to try something unique, why not apple kiwi jam? It looks delicious and contain two of my favorite fruits. Get the recipe at Nifty Thrifty Things!

How cool is this whole roasted pumpkin stuffed with mushrooms? No more worrying about whether a bowl is big enough. I really want to take a bite out of the edge of the pumpkin. Get the recipe at Will Cook for Smiles, and try her pork tamales too.

How cute are these hidden valley ranch sausage stars? These would be perfect at your next dinner party or potluck! And any dish with sausage in it is probably pretty good :) Try this at Cooking with K, and try her mud hen bars as well.

Lastly, these gingerbread cookies are adorable! South Bay Studio says this is the best gingerbread recipe she's ever tried, so I guess we'll have to try them for ourselves to find out. Of course, being an artist and all, the frosting colors and outfits are beautiful.
