Happy Mother's Day! Hope you're all celebrating in your own special way :) Below is a gallery of great crafts and recipes that I'm sure your mothers would love (except that it's a little too late to make them today :) but I'm sure you've already got something planned!

This is really cool! Transfer your favorite photos and messages onto wood blocks with this tutorial (plus tips) from Bliss Images and Beyond. It's a little late for Mother's Day, but I'm sure you'll find some occasion to use this method ;)

This is the most realistic cupcake liner flower I've seen so far (if you've seen others, please share :) and it's beautiful! Use these to decorate presents, create a bouquet, make garlands, wear as a brooch, etc etc. Find this tutorial at Twigg Studios and check out her super awesome leather flower ring and diy stationary envelopes.

Bring the beach back home with this summery seashell vase lamp. If your not a beachy person, you can always create a little jungle scene or anything else that tickles your fancy! Get this tutorial at Stars & Sunshine, and try her shell-shining technique.

Hang this super cute photo board on your living room or bedroom wall! If you can't find a nice (or big enough) frame, you can always take one from an old painting that you really dislike, which is what 413 Sparrow Lane did.

Set the mood with some lovely candle holders made from old pickle jars! Get this fantastic idea from Artsy VaVa and relax with these when you're done.

I don't really know what Raffaello is (am I missing out on something amazing??) but the ingredients in this raffaello creme spread all sound delicious, so here's to trying new things :) Get this creamy and coconutty recipe from Nifty Thrifty Things!

For all you oreo and peanut butter lovers out there, this two ingredient cookie will get you in a lot of trouble, as Back for Seconds has experienced. Try her slightly better for you coconut carrot mini cakes, too!

Send the kiddies to bed before you bust out this delicious mint julep :) Earth2Body's got three yummy recipes for you to sample and pick your favorite! Also, see which recipe she thinks is not delicious.
