Review: Cygnett Alumni iPad Case
Hi all, if you're getting a new iPad (or already bought one) and are deciding on a case for it, give this one a look over. I was given an iPad case about a month ago from Cygnett, and after some use, I'm now ready to write a review about it.
Here it is! Ta-da! As you can see, I cleaned up my front page a little bit...

What Kind of Geek Are You? {infographic}
I found this infographic on Flavorwire and thought it was pretty cute. I think the "craft geek" should have also included "owning an Etsy shop," but clearly, a craft geek did not make this infographic :) Which one (or ones) are you?

Inspiring Masterpieces Made From Books
I came across these gorgeous works of art through an intro to Guy Laramee from the Abduzeedo website. Aren't they seriously awe-inspiring? I'm intrigued enough to try my own hand at this, but it may be a disaster :) Check out more beautiful landscapes created from old books, below!

How Do You Spend Your Time Online?
If you're like me (and possibly like most people who have the internet), you probably spend a lot of time on social media sites. With so many choices out there, ever wonder what people use the most? Here's an informative infographic from ZDNet that gives us a look into the amount of time people spend on the different networking sites out there!

How Memory Works {infographic}
If you're having trouble remembering stuff or if you're just curious about how your memory works (and then possibly devise strategies for improving it), I found a great infographic that will explain it all to you in pictures and minimum number of words! Yay for less words (that's less to remember :)

How to Predict the Weather
In the spirit of teaching our kids (and ourselves :) how to read the weather in the old-fashioned, non-electronic way, here's an extremely awesome educational poster! And you know what's even better? It's a super big image file so you can save it, print it out, and post it on a bedroom wall! Are you as excited about this as I am?? :) Just click on the image for the original size. Here's also a link to the original source. Enjoy!

Cool Gifts for Men
The gift-giving season is here and there's just enough shipping time for some online gift shopping. Although there are plenty of satisfactory gift items in malls and other stores, one perk about buying handmade gifts is that they'll be pretty unique. For those who are hard to shop for, I did some hunting on Etsy and found these pretty cool items! :) What do you think?
For the man child?

Electronic Santa Claus
I've been seeing this Target commercial on tv a lot lately. The song, Electronic Santa Claus by Blazer Force, has been stuck in my head because it's so damn catchy. After singing this song to myself for days, I've decided to scour Etsy for all things geeky under the inspiration of the Electronic Santa Claus!

HALP! DO NOT WANT IN JAR!
Controllers hanging from your Christmas treeee
Cheer up your computer screen with some festive Christmas lights!

And throw in some lego keyboard stickers to boost up your nerd cred.
